Job Summary

Job Summary: The Intern, Office & Guest Administration will assist the Admin department with routine, clerical work and special projects. The intern will Report to the manager, Global Office Administration Corporate Office Operations and Administration, Office & Guest Administration to assist the department with daily tasks.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Supporting front reception responsibilities
• Stocking and setting up the Monday Breakfast and Candy Cart 
• Conducting corporate office mail and shipping services
• Assisting the department with various staff engagement activities and events
• Facilitating the organization of logistics for in office meetings and local retreats
• Aiding in sourcing, tracking and packaging corporate gifts and merchandise 
• Organizing and shipping meeting supplies 
• Conducting new vendor research and price comparisons 
• Confirming tickets

Qualifications: 

• Completion of a College degree or currently pursuing a degree
• Fluent in Microsoft Office applications
