Job Summary

The position will be handling repairs, troubleshooting, monitoring and preventative maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and others.

Duties

• Attend all meetings and training classes that can ensure to remain updated with building policies
• Inventory maintaining of all tools/equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of related experience in HVAC, Electrical/Plumbing preferred
• Can read and follow instructions verbal or written
• Can pass criminal background check
• Can work in flexible hours
• Can lift up to 50 lbs of object
