Job Summary

Position Overview:  The suite sales & services intern for the NFL Team is a multi-faceted position that includes not only service and support for the suite sales team throughout the summer and during the NFL season, but also involves assisting the club’s most valuable clients to ensure their happiness in their experiences with the NFL Team. 

In addition to their daily responsibilities, the suite sales & services intern is expected to be in attendance at each stadium wide event in which suites are sold, all home games as well as other various events hosted  throughout the duration of the internship. 

 Responsibilities:Under the supervision of the Suite Services Manager, this position will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the preparation and execution of events including those events surrounding Training Camp, the Suite Holder Kick-Off Reception, and several others.
• Stadium wide event suite preparations including ticket & parking pass distribution, etc.
• Game week suite preparations including sideline passes, TV schedules, suite stocking, etc.
• Aiding full-time staff with follow-up to all phone, mail, email and referral inquiries. 
• Supporting sales efforts of the club’s Sales Executives including research on prospective clients for all ticket inventory
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Managers

 Qualifications & Skills Desired:  

• Well organized and overtly detail oriented 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills 
• Independent and self-motivated with an ability to effectively multi-task, establish priorities, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability and willingness to complete moderate physical labor and stand for long periods of time
• Experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & Outlook
• Experience with Archtics Ticketing System a plus, but not required
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus, but not required
•  This is an 8 month internship commitment.
