Job Summary

Position Overview:  

The Corporate Partnerships, Marketing & Broadcast intern for the NFL Team is a multi-faceted position that includes assisting with the fulfillment of sponsorship obligations and various marketing efforts. 

The intern must be organized, independent, and showcase ability to effectively multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. 

Flexibility, reliability and creativeness are appreciated. 

They must possess excellent time management skills, above average communication skills and leadership qualities that are used in the overall goal of promoting positive relationships with our constituents.  

Responsibilities:

• Under the supervision of the Partnership Activation Manager, this position will be responsible for:  Corporate Sales
• Assist in sales preparations including, but not limited to editing/creating proposals and sales decks using Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and/or PowerPoint.
• Ability to create graphs/charts to help depict research or metrics a plus.
• Research assistance, including but not limited to researching prospective clients, activation ideas,  and pulling statistics from Scarborough Research Systems to help tell stories 
• Fan Club Support (Kids Club & Women’s Club)
• Help plan and execute events
• Create monthly newsletters
• Brainstorm innovative ways to engage members and research membership options pertaining to kit items and renewals 
• Oversee informational booths when activated

Hospitality/Events

• Day to day collaboration with the coordinators to plan and execute marketing and sponsor events
• Assist with overseeing and developing a schedule for the 3-4 training camp staff 
• Oversee all sponsorship and marketing activations (events, signage, etc.) & hospitality 
• Facilitate autograph session following practice
