Job Summary

 

The position will be in charge of handling all the facets of customer service, renewals of tickets and fulfillment of client.

Duties

  • Conduct at least 60 outbound calls daily
  • Overall fan experience improvement
  • Strong relationship building with customer base
  • Handling of all the daily aspects of customer service
  • Helping to plan and implement Member events during in and off season
  • Other related tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management or related field
  • 2 years of experience in customer service/sports & entertainment industry is a plus
  • Can work in flexible days/hours
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
