Job Summary
The position will be in charge of serving as the website's administrator and its sales reports and dashboards.
Duties
- Assists in answering questions related to system and workflow
- Dashboards improvement
- New products and packages implementation
- Developing and conducting new and on going training materials for Salesforce.com
- Current processes analysis
- Constant and consistent information flow maintaining
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in staff management preferred
- KORE software/Eloqua/Tableau/Archtics experience
- SQL and SOQL proficiency
- MS office/SQL proficiency
- Can work in long hours
