Job Summary

The position entails the task of handing the various issues related to desktop hardware and software.

Duties

• Delivering top notch help desk support and assistance with Ticketmaster technology
• Proficiently repairing of hardware as needed to minimize help desk incidents
• Repairing and maintaining of laser printers
• Follow and contribute to improve documentation for procedural IT service desk task
• Organizing, tracking and maintaining of stock for hardware systems
• Monitoring and remediating of software updates
• Preventative measures implementation
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Must be familiar with Microsoft Directory Services, Active Directory, DNS, Windows
• MS office 365 applications
