Ticket Sales Representative

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of selling and servicing new and existing ticket accounts (group and season) while handling basic office tasks.

Duties

• Renewing of existing ticket accounts
• Assists in ticket inventory
• Developing/coordinating/assisting ticket sales projects
• Provide the fans with top notch service
• Selling of promotional ticket offers
• Other assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Strong skills in communications
• Detail oriented/committed/competitive
• 1 year of sales/cold calling experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Archtics ticketing system knowledge preferred
