Job Summary

Job Summary: The baseball team is seeking qualified candidates for the position of the Kitchen Assistant. Responsibilities include representing the baseball team in a professional and responsible way, maintaining the kitchen facility, assisting with preparing meals for the team and staff, assisting with kitchen tasks under the direction of the Chef to maintain high quality food service in accordance to nutritional guidelines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting with Food Lounge upkeep and organization
• Washing and storing dishes and cookware in a timely manner
• Taking ownership in the maintenance and upkeep of kitchen with a focus on cleanliness and efficiency
• Fulfilling requests from Chef and Sous Chef
• Anticipating needs of the kitchen and working to stay ahead of those need

Qualifications: 

• Experience with short order meal prep
• Completion of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
