Job Summary

Qualifications for consideration:

• Qualified candidates should have experience working in sports. Experience with Ticketmaster & Archtics is preferred, but not required. 

Job Functions include but are not limited to:

• Provide necessary weekly and monthly reporting to Senior Director of Business Operations, Director of Ticketing
• Manage the box office's day-to-day ticketing operations for all home games and non-game schedule
• Serve as primary contact between Winston-Salem Dash and Ticketmaster
• Assist in the completion of processing, printing and mailing season, group, partial and premium ticket packages
• Assist ticket department with sales efforts through some outbound calls and sales
• Respond to telephone and e-mail requests regarding ticket operations information
• Ability to troubleshoot ticketing system, serve as window seller, and will call attendant during games when needed
• Maintain the season ticket holder filing system
• Provide unsurpassed customer service for all clients
• Manage seating assignments for season ticket holders, group leaders
• In addition to the general requirements, the ideal candidate will possess:
• Must be comfortable interacting with the general public and co-workers in a fast paced atmosphere.
• Experience in Ticketmaster (Archtics) is a plus
