Job Summary

The Executive Associate Athletic Director is responsible for assisting the University’s intercollegiate athletics program in establishing policies and procedures that achieve the parallel goals of development of quality, competitive athletics teams and support of the individual educational goals of student-athletes.

Additionally, this role assists in the day-to-day operations of the intercollegiate athletics program, with an emphasis on Title IX compliance and student-athlete well-being.

Serve on the Executive Leadership team as the senior-ranking female athletic administrator. Represent the University on the campus, conference and national level on matters that require Executive Associate Athletic Director involvement. Oversee and monitor athletics department compliance with Title IX. Oversee and coordinate all gender, diversity and inclusion efforts of the athletics program. Serve as the primary point-of-contact with the Dean of Student Office on all student-athlete related interactions and Student Conduct issues. Coordinate housing assignments for all student-athletes. Assist the Sr. Associate Athletic Director with mental health, psychological, nutrition and wellness initiatives. Serve as the primary sport supervisor for women’s basketball, track and cross country, and women’s soccer. Serve on a variety of campus committees, representing athletic interests.
