Job Summary

The position will be in charge of helping the IT department in the Help Desk needs of the organization.

Duties

• Responding and handling the requests of Help Desk
• Backing up, managing and setting up of new computers
• Unlocking of user accounts
• Helping users in the setup of meeting room
• Keep the work space clean and organized
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• MS office experience
• MS windows 10 and MacOS 10.14 technical experience
• PC hardware basic knowledge
• Detail oriented and good skills in communication
