Job Summary

Two Assistant Athletic Trainer Positions

1. One position will work with Men’s and Women’s Track as its primary team.
2. One position will have Men’s Basketball as its primary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide athletic training services in the administration of health care to University athletes.
• Plan and oversee rehabilitation programs for injured athletes.
• Maintain comprehensive records of athletic injuries and treatments.
• Make referrals to and interact regularly with team physicians and other health care consultants.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree.
• NATA Certification.
• Minimum of two years of experience of athletic training in a Division I college setting.
• Knowledge of human anatomy, exercise physiology and evaluation and rehabilitation techniques.
• Strong communication skills, problem solving skills and computer skills.
