Job Summary

Responsibilities

• All head coaching aspects of a highly competitive Division III men's lacrosse program including:

1. Recruiting
2. Training
3. Student-athlete development
4. Academic monitoring
5. Budget management
6. Fund raising and alumni outreach
7. Scheduling
8. Rules and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree is strongly preferred.
• Evidence of at least five years successful men's lacrosse coaching experience required, preferably at the college/university level.
• Demonstrated recruitment of quality student-athletes.
• Must have an understanding of NCAA rules and regulations, along with a philosophy compatible with the College.
• Must be able to work with a diverse group of individuals.
