Head Coach, Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• coaching, managing, and directing aspects of running the swimming program
• working to ensure compliance of the programs with all institutional, , and NCAA rules and regulations.
• Must be able to support and promote the University’s Mission.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred)
• minimum of three years of experience coaching swimming and/or diving and recruiting intercollegiate student-athletes; and a working knowledge of PSAC and NCAA regulations.
• Must be able to pass the NCAA compliance education test, and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A valid driver’s license with a good driving history is required.
