Job Summary

• Principal responsibilities of this position are to secure corporate sponsorships for a new Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) event.
• Solicit and develop new business opportunities.
• Have significant sports/property sales experience and be well connected in the local marketplace. 
• Develop sales targets based on property and audience.
• Prospect clients with tracking of target companies.
• Proposal development.
• Inventory control.
• Revenue generation.
• Ensure activation of elements with all partners.
• Develop new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field. 
• 5+ years experience in sports/sales/management.
• Quantifiable revenue generation history.
• Strong communication skills.
• Capable of engaging with senior business and political figures.
• Ability to function effectively as a member of a team.
• Significant golf industry knowledge. 
• Strong knowledge of the Tampa market place. 
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle several projects at one time. 
• Candidate must be aggressive, persistent and attentive to details.
