Job Summary

 

The position will be in charge of managing accounts for Season Membership through daily communications, events, retention annually.
Duties

  • Managing and providing top notch customer service
  • Meeting/exceeding retention goals annually
  • Helping to plan the execution of yearly renewal and relocation campaign
  • Strong connections building
  • Scheduling and executing of emails/events for membership
  • Other related tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ticketmaster/Archtics working knowledge
  • 1 year of work related experience in customer service/sales
  • Strong attention to detail/problem solving
