Job Summary

The position will be greeting and directing guests to their designated seats and ensuring to effectively read and identify ticket credentials.

Duties

• Keep an open and smooth access route in the concourses
• Identifying and resolving of issues promptly
• Enforcing and upholding of integrity of event and facility
• Handling routine search process
• Other related tasks

• Can pass background check
• MS office/email/internet proficient
• Strong skills communications
• Can multitask at work
