Job Summary

PURPOSE
  • To manage and develop local business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES - SALES
  • Utilize various methods of communication to follow up sales leads.
  • Update database/contact information for clients/prospects.
  • Research/identify/qualify/close prospects.
  • Organize/execute targeted sales plans.
DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT
  • Represent sales staff at stadium and community events, coordinating with Street Team and Marketing Staff.
  • Manage community sales inventory, including premium items, giveaways and sales collateral.
  • Ensure that image and flow of events is consistent with client and expectations.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
  • Report to the Director of Ticket Sales and Service. 
  • Working in conjunction with the Group Experience Specialist, Part-Time.
  • The ideal candidate will smoothly execute daily sales activities and actively grow the fan base.

  • Outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Competent writing and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to follow through on projects and work independently.
  • Comfortable building relationships.
  • Willingness to take next steps and succeed beyond expectations.
  • Creativity to think “outside the box” and strategize for all available markets.
  • Familiar with the local community within a thirty-minute radius of the stadium.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Represent the USL, Team, and related properties with care and courtesy.
  • Uphold and model company values.
  • Support development efforts.
  • Respond to the schedule/demands of the local community.
