Director of Finance

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of planning and directing all the facets of financial and accounting activities of the facility. He or she will be in charge of forecasting, budgeting and reconciling of accounts.

Duties

• Helping to develop and implement facility goals and priorities
• Compliance monitoring with management contract provisions
• Contact maintaining with Risk Management Department and Insurance broker
• Reviewing of all contracts for events/clients/subcontractors
• Reviewing and/or preparing of event settlements
• Reviewing and executing of all deposits/checks
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• CPA/MBA with 5 years of public accounting and/or financial management experience
• Venue/Live Entertainment industry experience preferred
• Can work weekends/nights as needed
• Strong math skills
• Strong communications/supervisory skills
• Can pass credit check
