Job Summary
The position will take charge in providing top notch experience for every guest that attends to game/event in Stadium.
Duties
- Engaging and interacting with fans
- Ensuring that the concerns of fans are heard and reported
- Accurate communicating of all key messages
- Helping stadium orientation
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Can work under pressure
- Strong skills in communications
- Can work on scheduled home games
- Can work at least 4 hours per shift
