Manager, Community & Youth Programs

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of building and activating community and grassroots initiatives that can support the strategic direction of the team in the area of NY/Tri-State.

Duties

• Assists in building the community partnership platform of the team
• Executing the community partnership of the team
• Prioritizing and ensuring the community outreach resources are dedicated to areas with mutual impact
• Ensuring that the team platforms are align in the overall league platform
• Authentic relations building
• Engaging in local/regional high school athletic organization
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• 5 years of work experience in youth programs/non-profits or other community organization
• Development/execution of event experience
• Tri-state area knowledge
• Local market knowledge
