Job Summary

• Must have a desire to learn about all programs in the rink


• Hire, train, and manage staff of Front Desk associates and Skate Guards on all programs. This includes Hockey/Skating policies and procedures, sales procedures, and general customer service. 


• Books birthday parties, tours, group skates, and private events


• The Front Desk Manager and the Front Desk Staff must be able to handle all customer complaints on the spot in a calm manner and communicate to the appropriate manager the nature of the complaint. 


• Serve as Manager on Duty for a minimum of 2 prime time shifts per week. 

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with customers


• Strong administrative and organizational skills


• Must be able to promote, market, and attract people to the programs


• Strong work ethic and positive attitude with an ability to work independently and as a team player


• Willingness to learn existing and new programs and try new initiatives


• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and special events 


• Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
