Corporate Partnerships Manager

Job Summary

• Researching, prospecting and establishing leads for corporate partnerships


• Preparing and presenting proposals to corporate decision-makers


• Working directly with sponsorship activation manager to ensure contractual fulfillment with an emphasis towards maximizing cross-promotional opportunities


• Developing long-term business relationships for the company and its related event properties


• Effectively managing client and partner objectives and strategically aligning them with company assets and inventory


• Responsible for providing recommendations for growing the partnership long-term and the preparation of renewal proposals in a timely manner 


• Working closely with events and other organizations departments to maximize event value for company customers and stakeholders


• Management of Activation Manager, ensuring the fulfillment of designated partnership assets.


• Work cross-functionally with departments such as Events, Ticketing, Community Relations, Graphics and Digital to determine, schedule and fulfill contractual and added value partner assets that maximize value for Fiesta Bowl customers and stakeholders


• Work closely with Events department to ensure that all partnership elements are effectively executed.


• Work towards sales goals as noted separately


• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree


• 5 years corporate partnership sales


• 3 years management experience


• Proficient in Microsoft office 


• Proficient in Salesforce
