Job Summary

Seeking an outstanding individual to be responsible for the direction and overall quality and comprehensive nature of the Compliance Program. The incumbent is responsible for coordinating, implementing, facilitating, overseeing and evaluating all facets of the Athletics Compliance Program, which includes but is not limited to: eligibility and financial aid certification on a semester basis; graduation data and academic progress performance reporting; and monitoring and educating student-athletes, coaches and administrators.

• Significant experience working in Athletic Compliance or institutional compliance/policy development.
• Significant knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations, with a demonstrated ability to track legislative changes and interpretations of the rules and perform analysis of the application of rules as intended.
• Demonstrates high level analytical skills and must be able to demonstrate a high level of expertise in applying the rules and interpretations
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively, thoroughly, and accurately to student-athletes, coaches, and administrators both internally and externally.
