Community Sales Manager – Ticket Sales

Job Summary

• You should have strong communication skills (you have to talk to people), and a willingness to listen and learn. 
• If you don’t have sales experience, don’t worry about it because we don’t worry about it.

• Maximize ticket sales through execution of sales calls and meetings


• Aggressively prospect new group sales opportunities in assigned community


• Accountable for a certain level of outbound activities daily including; cold calls, e-mails, social media, etc. 


• Willingness to attend events outside normal business hours (e.g., youth soccer tournaments, sales meetings, etc.)


• Exemplify the core characteristics of strong sales culture (e.g., strong interpersonal skills, prompt and professional follow-through, openness to new ideas and suggestions)


• Collaborate with team members in developing new group sales programs and enhancing existing programs


• Support a positive sales culture within the sales team, as well as the entire organization


• Other duties as assigned by sales leadership
