Job Summary

Responsibilities
  •  Responsible for administration of Ticketmaster Host and Archtics ticketing systems and online resources
  • Responsible for all ticketing related hardware and technology assets including, but not limited to, turnstile/suite access control, onsite servers (ZipPark, TM Integration), hosted servers, and current and future Ticketmaster hardware and software (Presence, SalesDeck, KONE). 
  • Assume intermediary role for Delaware North Ticketing, Technology, Business Intelligence and Strategy, Operations between Ticketmaster and all third party integrations for matters related to technology, products, APIs, hardware, software, and development needs. 
  •  Investigate industry leading technologies and explore applicability and implementation at Delaware North, Sportservice, and NHL Team with appropriate departments. Collaborate with stakeholders to manage priorities on all technology initiatives.
  • Assist with planning and developing technological solutions that extend across ticketing, CRM, mobile, access management (Boundary Device, KONE), IOMedia, KORE, POS (Retail and F&B), Wi-Fi, Givex, parking (ZipPark, Skidata) and other current and future technologies.
  • Work with departments to identify, research, develop and implement opportunities to expand the  NHL Team footprint into existing and future opportunities.
  • Direct and support all technological Service License Agreements (SLA’s) for Delaware North and NHL Team and between external and third-party vendors; Collaborate and support DNC-Boston HelpDesk/ISET/IT/Control Room on matters related to technology and future data gathering enhancements. Collaborate with all departments to develop innovative ways to execute plans and ensure that goals and procedures are accomplished.
  • Partner with and support Business Solutions team in effectively identifying, researching, and implementing business needs across web, CRM, ticketing, mobile, data warehousing, analytics and reporting (CrystalReports, SAS).
  • All other duties as assigned. 


Qualifications

  • Education:  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience:  7+ years ticketing experience, sports arena/entertainment venue preferred.  Ticketmaster systems knowledge a must.  Integrated system knowledge such as Kone, Skidata, Kore, Salesforce, etc needed.
