The position will be in charge of providing administrative and reception support to Business Operations and Hockey Operation staff.
Duties
- Maintaining the administrative office operations
- Managing of conference rooms
- Serving as liaison
- Helping to order, move, storing, distribution of office supplies
- Stocking/cleaning/organizing of work areas
- Other related tasks
