Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage marketing budget in coordination with the Director of Sales & Marketing and create a clear strategy to allocate resources to maximize ROI.
- Performs research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Designs and implements social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Sets specific objectives and report on ROI.
- Generates, edits, publishes and shares engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
- Monitors SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Collaborates with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
- Communicates with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
- Manage the company’s social presence and elevates profiles on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook by creating posts and content for each platform, curating the feeds and building audiences.
- Suggests and implements new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
- Stays up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
- Develops, maintains, and manages consistent corporate image throughout all marketing and promotional materials and product lines.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated success and relevant work experience in digital marketing
- Computer skills required: Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) at an advanced level required.
- Knowledge and experience using Adobe Creative Suite is a requirement.
- Knowledge and experience in athletic strength training environment is a plus.
- Other skills required:
- Proven work experience as a Social media manager.
- Hands on experience in content management.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels.
- Familiarity with web design.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
