Job Summary

 
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
 

  • Building models and reports to aid in projections of various areas including ticket sales, sponsorship, marketing, ticket utilization by game and season ticket member retention.

  • Report data across business in a clean and concise manner for Executive Team review. 

  • Manage CRM and clean data to ensure data is accurate and precise. 

  • Create insightful fan surveys, collect and manage data returns to provide detailed analysis of fan trends.

  • Assist in the development of strategies to drive ticket sales, merchandise, sponsorship and fan engagement through data driven analysis and insights.

  • Create user friendly dashboards that convert raw data into usable leads and consumer trends.

  • Track sales trends around professional sports.

  • Create digital data collection program to be utilized on-site during game days, fan survey programming, community and non-baseball events. 

 
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 2+ years of experience preferred

  • Data analysis and CRM related experience is preferred

  • Experience with Ticketmaster products, Score CRM and Microsoft Excel

  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of all customer account information

  • Ability to work flexible hours based on events, including daytime, evening, weekends and holidays.

  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively multi-task 

  • Strong leadership skills.

  • Loyalty to the brand, fellow co-workers and the overall organization.

  • Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills; Ability to interact with people of all different levels and backgrounds.

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with fellow employees.

  • Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.

  • Superior planning capabilities.

  • Ability to prioritize workload and solve problems quickly.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • High level of poise and professionalism.
