Job Summary
The position will be in charge of managing wide range of administrative tasks while supporting daily operations duties.
Duties
- Organizing, scheduling and maintaining executive daily calendar
- Serving as direct contact for all Experience Center vendors
- Maintaining and organizing new stadium invoices
- Helping to plan and execute different events
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Can prioritize and meet deadline
- Thorough and prompt
- Attentive to detail
- Strong skills communications
- MS office proficient
