Assistant Manager

Job Summary

Assistant Manager for Athletics Events-Operations. This roles manages the provision of the logistical, facility and game operations needs and requests of assigned Olympic sports' programs as well as scheduling and monitoring activities in all athletic facilities.

• Oversees the daily programmatic needs and requests of our Olympic Sports Programs.
• Interacts on a daily basis with assigned Olympic Sports Coaches in responding to their programmatic and facility needs and requests.
• Handles, carries out and coordinates all aspects of home events for the sports which includes on site supervision of staff and facility preparation.
• Manages and oversees the operations of various events including athletic competitions, special university functions, and non-university related events, and outside rental as assigned.
