Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- This position’s duties will include the development and implementation of Sun Belt Conference Baseball and Softball programs.
- The position will oversee and coordinate the strength and conditioning program for other sports as assigned.
- Applicants must have the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with coaches, athletic trainers, student-athletes, and administrators.
- This position is subject to a pre-employment background and criminal check.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited institution as approved and accepted by the University.
- Minimum of one year experience in strength and conditioning coaching at the intercollegiate level.
- Certification by either of the two NCAA recognized strength and conditioning certification organizations: NSCA-CSCS and/or CSCCa-SCCC. (current & valid)
- CPR Certification
- Developement, implementation and coaching with strength program compliance
- Experience with programming and developing annual training plans for all genders of intercollegiate athletic programs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree
- USAW Certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of NCAA/Sun Belt Conference rules and guidelines
- Educating student-athletes and coaches on nutrition and supplements with the health care administrator
