Ticket Sales / Community Relations

Job Summary

The position will be selling season tickets, partial plans, group tickets and suite inventory.

Duties:

• Meeting/exceeding target outbound calls
• Attending to inbound calls and deliver customer service
• Computerized records of clients maintaining
• Relations development
• Meeting with management and deliver accurate updates
• Perform in-seat client visits
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Strong skills communication
• College degree or relevant experience preferred
• Positive attitude and self starter
• Organized and attentive to detail
• MS office proficient
• Motivated and organized
• Can work varying days/hours
