Director of Marketing

 

This individual will play a vital role in the success of the Corporate Sales and Marketing Departments. This person will initiate and oversee all marketing of the team including internal and external and external efforts. This person will also be responsible for direct sales efforts, generating revenue through selling sponsorship and ticket inventory.

 

Responsibilities:

• Generate revenue through the sale of corporate partnership packages via cold calls and/or face to face meetings.
• Prospecting new sponsorship leads.
• Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients.
• Develop relationships with current clients for referral leads.
• Oversee all  marketing efforts, internal and external, including the oversight and utilization of stated marketing budget. Oversee execution of the social media channels, website and e-mail platform. Complete marketing and promotional ROI reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree is required
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills, energetic and enthusiastic with the ability to take initiative
• Two plus years of sales experience, along with significant experience directly related to marketing
• Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and achieve objectives
