Job Summary
Sports Media company is looking for a Temporary Executive Office Administrator to serve as the front-facing representative/office manager.
This is a fantastic career opportunity with long-term possibilities within the Team Sports division as the Temporary Executive Office Administrator will support all daily organization and operations of the office, including assisting in all relevant current projects. In addition to general reception duties such as greeting, welcoming and directing all guests, clients, vendors, and contractors visiting for a variety of business purposes. In this position you will be asked to organize the use of company conference rooms and arrange for all provisions necessary for the conduct of high level meetings. You will also be responsible for the allocation and tracking of promotional season tickets, assisting in ordering supplies and vendor management including onboarding and coding invoices for accounts payable.
Necessary requirements include a College Degree with at least 2+ years assistant and/or office manager experience, Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook & Word), Excellent verbal, written communication and Interpersonal skills.
