Administrative Assistant

Job Summary

• Assist with various areas of our soccer clubs, academies, camps and more


• Various duties will include support related to all organizations 


• Conduct general research in various areas as dictated by management


• Organize travel arrangements when necessary


• Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, filing, scanning, etc.


• Some basic financial responsibilities, such as reviewing expenses


• On site assistance with the game days, Academy events, Camps, etc.


• Oversee the inquires/information email account


• Follow up with all inquiries regarding camp signups, registrations, events, etc.


• Other ad hoc duties as they arise

• Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus


• Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office and Google Suite 


• Strong attention to detail, organization and communication skills


• Knowledge of soccer a plus


• Willingness to perform many different duties and take initiative


• Ability to work nights and weekends occasionally 


• Able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks


• Experience in a similar type role, performing various administrative duties


• Bachelor’s degree in a related field a plus
