Associate Brand Designer

Job Summary

• Works directly with the President to develop the brand voice and esthetics on all forward-facing platforms and materials.


• Creates the visual content presented to the public, ensuring the articulation of the brand position is consistent and cohesive. 


• Assists with the direction and creation of website design, social media content, and video production.


• Assists in the development and execution of marketing campaign and strategies.


• Provides graphic design for internal and external use branded materials. This includes web, social, print, packaging, merchandise, multimedia content, sponsorship, and sales materials. 


• Provides project coordination and management for special events and game day experience.


• Assists in the procurement and design of promotional and merchandise items for retail, e- commerce, and game day promotions.


• Available to travel nights, weekdays, and weekends for away matches.

• Advanced skills and experience working with the Adobe Creative Suite and design tools 


• Advanced skills and experience in photography and videography arts


• Advanced skills in photography, photo and video editing


• 2+ years of large event production, audience engagement and/or match day fan experience


• B.A. in Fine Arts, Marketing, or relevant experience in the field 


• Familiar with production costs and lead times associated with production design


• Strong attentional to detail and editing


• Ability to measure performance and benchmark successful branding and marketing strategies


• Intermediate skills in production design 


• Ability to work in a start-up environment with ever-changing needs


• Team player who can pivot easily to assess priorities and provide immediate redirection when needed
