Job Summary

The position will be in charge of supporting the goals of the club and department while ensuring the accuracy and promptness of financial records.

Duties

• Managing of accounts payable process
• Administering of SAP Concur payables system
• Managing and maintaining of W9 files and 1099 annual filing
• Overseeing of Accounts Receivable process
• Cultivating and retaining of good relations
• Preparing and inputting of General Ledger journal entries
• Other related tasks
