Job Summary

The position will be in charge of managing customer service area with focused on servicing season ticket accounts.

Duties

Helping with special projects for the ticket sales department
Program coordination all through the season
Helping to develop and execute special events
Setting up of season ticket holder
Managing of Guest Experience Team members
Other related tasks

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
2 years of relevant customer service experience
2 years management role experience
MS office suite proficient
Strong skills communication/interpersonal/organization
Can work varying days/hours
