Athletic Trainer

Job Summary


The candidate will be responsible for full-time athletic training duties at the University.


  1. Serve as an Athletic Trainer within Athletics, providing patient centered care to all student-athletes.
  2. Serve as the primary Athletic Trainer for women's soccer, providing onsite practice coverage, event coverage, and team travel.
  3. Serve as the primary Athletic Trainer for men's & women's swimming & diving.


PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  1. Ability to empower leadership.
  2. Person must be self-directed.
  3. Must abide by department and clinic mission, values, vision statements and specified goals and objectives.
  4. Must be able to communicate effectively. 



  1. Certified Athletic Trainer by the Board of Certification, in good standing.
  2. Wisconsin Licensed Athletic Trainer or eligible.
  3. CPR and AED certified.
  4. Post-graduate collegiate setting experience strongly preferred.
