Multicultural/Hispanic Marketing Intern (Summer 2020)

Job Summary

• Supports outreach efforts to multicultural communities, businesses, community groups, and local leaders


• Actively distributes collateral and promotional materials to local businesses and community groups


• Supports the marketing team with planning an execution of  Hispanic marketing programs, promotions, and events


• Assist with planning of  multicultural street team activities with the marketing intern


• Copywriting and translation of marketing materials


• Identifies opportunities in the community for activations and events


• Ability to express ideas clearly through both oral and written communication.


• Construct and compile presentations, strong PPT, Photoshop and Excel skills

• Must be Fluent in English and Spanish


• Pursuing a BA or Graduate degree in Marketing, Sports Communication, or Business


• Strong time-management skills


• Ability to work effectively in a team setting as well as independently with a no job too small attitude


• Demonstrate sound organizational, coordinating and personal interface skills


• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication and attention to detail


• Must be available and flexible with evening hours, weekends/holidays work as needed


• Experience in a brand ambassador role, street team role, or similar


• Experience with the Hispanic Market is a plus


• Must be able to travel within the tri-state area and have reliable means of transportation
