Role Summary

The Manager will play a vital role in the People Management Department and support the Venues. The ideal candidate will have broad knowledge of the Human Resources function.

Specific Functions/Activities Summary

• Act as an advocate for all employees.  Obtain detailed information regarding any issues and inform appropriate management of the proper procedure.


• Ensure fair and consistent application of company policy and procedures, while promoting a positive employee morale.
• In conjunction with Learning & Development, assist with the roll-out of customized programs to meet the needs of the functional unit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources management or related field of work


• Minimum of 60 advanced educational credits required
