Director of Intercollegiate Athletics

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of the providing administrative direction, leadership while overseeing all the facets of Division II intercollegiate athletics department.

Responsibilities:

• Administering and managing of budget/funds/accounts of the department
• Recruitment and mentoring of qualified personnel and coaches
• Managing and overseeing of all operations of athletic department
• Cultivating of strong collaborative and work relations with constituents/counterparts of the college
• Other related tasks

Qualifications:

• Master's degree with 18 graduate hours of related field
• NJCAA rules knowledge/understanding
• Strong skills communication
• MS office proficient
