The position will be in charge of developing and executing the recruitment, hiring, training of programs and strategies.


Duties of the Human Resources Manager include:

  • Orientations/training programs management
  • Organizing and execution of hiring events and campaigns
  • Job ad development
  • Identification of proper recruitment sources
  • Creating and managing of online/social media recruitment
  • Other related tasks



  • Bachelor's degree
  • Relevant work experience
  • Sports/entertainment field experience preferred
  • Strong skills MS office
  • Strong communication/customer service/time management
