Stand Prep

Job Summary

• Ability to prepare simple food items (e.g. slice, dice, cut, wash, etc.).


• Insure that hot food is hot and cold food is cold in compliance with company standards and law.


• Insure proper setup, upkeep and breakdown of condiment stations.


• Participate in cleaning of stand at the end of an event.


• Assist cashier in assembling customer’s orders.


• Interact with co-workers in a diverse workforce.


• Maintain a clean, neat and safe workplace.


• Interact with customers, and resolve problems to assure customer satisfaction.


• Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
  
  
   

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Ability to think analytically.


• Must meet state and local health requirements for food handlers.
  
  
   

• Must be able to independently maneuver throughout the facility in a fast paced, often tightly-quartered environment.


• Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift.


• Must be able to frequently lift and carry food and other items weighing up to 45 pounds and occasionally greater.


• Must be able to go from warm to cold climates (workstation to coolers).


• Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.
