Assistant Athletics Director for NCAA Compliance

Job Summary

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a comprehensive campus-wide educational program that encourages compliance with NCAA rules and regulations, oversee the certification of eligibility for all student-athletes, process and submit APR information, monitor the activities of the athletics department to insure NCAA compliance, serve as the institutional contact on all NCAA compliance and eligibility issues and other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Vice President for Athletics related to NCAA compliance. Salary commensurate with experience.
• The successful applicant must have a strong commitment to Christian higher education. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred, minimum of two years of experience in the areas of NCAA Division I Compliance including knowledge of appropriate NCAA regualations, interpreting bylaws, and filing NCAA related waivers to determine student-athlete eligibility. 
• Computer applications relative to the operation of NCAA compliance office.
