Job Summary
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Organize and implement a successful recruiting and retention plan for the program
• Supervise one graduate assistant coach
• Manage the program in accordance with NCAC, NCAA, and institutional rules and regulations
• Manage a fiscally sound budget
• Monitor class schedules, grades, and student-athlete academic progress
• Participate in fund-raising activities for women's lacrosse
• Manage a fiscally sound budget
• Ability to work effectively with diverse communities including faculty, staff, students, and parents
• Other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s Degree required:
• Master's Degree preferred
• Two to three years of collegiate coaching or head-coaching experience preferred
• Must hold a valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• First Aid, AED & CPR certifications are required
• Ability to professionally interact and communicate with students, staff, parents, and guests of the college
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good time management skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in the use of all forms of social media
