Head Softball Coach, NCAA

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Associate Athletics Director of Administration and Operations, the Head Softball Coach is responsible for overseeing all areas of the softball program including coaching and implementing practice plans; identifying, evaluating and recruiting athletically and academically qualified student-athletes; fostering academic endeavors and personal growth of student-athletes, and fundraising.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated coaching and recruiting experience
• Additional coaching experience at the collegiate level may be substituted for required education, on a year for year basis.
