Director of Recruiting Operations

Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Football Operations, this position has managerial responsibility and accountability for the administration and coordination of one or more of the football department’s programs. It is also responsible for a variety of student-athlete related functions. 

Professional Competencies:

• Knowledge of recruitment process for Division 1 football student athletes
• Knowledge and expertise of NCAA compliance rules and regulations
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, coaches, student athletes, athletic department consultants, and athletic department personnel from different backgrounds
• Professional presentation and demeanor

Preferred Qualifications:

• Power 5 Football Conference Experience
• Experience working with High School Coaches/Advisors/Administrators
• Experience working camps / clinics
